GIWhy?
I realesed this song 'See Me' this year and soon thoughts like "it should have been better" and "why am I not as good as" and "this is embarrassing" filled up my mind. Comparing myself with others and thinking I am never good enough in anything I do. Well, that is something I want to keep on learning in 2025. & reducing my internalised capitalistic mindset that tells me something is only 'good' if it reaches certain numbers.
ME and YOU are ALWAYS good enough. It is easier said than done for sure. & I want to be proud of the music, the projects that I am making, cause I enjoy them and put my heart & time in them. I don't need to be as good as someone else. My good is my good.
I want to live more in the moment and enjoy the things I am doing and not already think of the next 3 things I should or could be doing. I want to be proud of what I am doing and continue being inspired by other people. I don't need to be someone else. I want to be myself.
I am aware that not everybody can just simply do wtv they like to, cause this world & the systems s*ck & d*criminate.
You are loved and I wish you all the best & lots of love for 2025.

Ich versuche Neo-Pronomen in meine Sprach zu integrieren, weil ich mich nicht in binären Schubladen wiederfinde. Neo-Pronomen geben Raum, wo Sprache sonst ausgrenzt. Und ja: das ist politisch.
Warum Neo-Pronomen wichtig sind?
- Weil ‘er’ und ‘sie’ nicht alles abdecken und für mich keinen Sinn machen.
- Weil Identität mehr ist als Gewohnheit.
- Weil dey/dem/deren/denen Lebensrealitäten benennen, die sonst unsichtbar bleiben.
Dabei ist wichtig, dass Sprache niemandem etwas wegnimmt oder zu etwas zwingt. Es geht um Respekt und gelebte Nächstenliebe - auch wenn sich das zunächst komisch anfühlt. Es geht um den Versuch, alle einzuschließen und sprachlich niemanden auszugrenzen. #nonbinary #nichtbinär #nonbinär

WAvoice update and my thoughts on finasteride (DHT blocker) 🏳️⚧️
I got so many requests on showing the voice update! The reason I never posted one since starting the HRT 1 year and 3 months ago was simply because my voice hadn’t changed, up till the point when I stopped taking finasteride. It is, obviously, my personal experience with taking the DHT blocker on T, and everyone’s body will react differently to the medication. However, after doing the research and talking to dozens of folks who went the same route and got on fina + T, I realized how similar our side effects and results were.
Just a month after going off finasteride, I already noticed that my overall changes started progressing much faster. My first voice drop actually happened just after 1.5 months off fina. Which was at the whole YEAR on testosterone mark.
I wish I got off the blocker much sooner, and I also wish there was much more research done on how this medication affects those who’re AFAB and on testosterone. I’m still trying to be positive about my experience with it, and a part of me is happy that I tested it out and don’t have to wonder “what if”.

BU@xgofficial’s COCONA is marking their 20th birthday by coming out as transmasculine non-binary. The singer/rapper made the announcement in a letter posted on Instagram.
“I am AFAB transmasculine non-binary. earlier this year, I had top surgery. I was born and perceived as female, but that label never represented who I truly am. I live in a way that feels more masculine and true to who I am.”

CRConnective tissue disorders such as Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and its comorbidities, are more common in trans people. They often affect someone’s mobility and may cause them to need a mobility aid (which is what I see most people getting mad about online). There are 13 types of Ehlers Danlos syndrome, and many other similar disorders that may be more common in trans people. Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD) is one, and likely other connective tissue disorders as well, but there isn’t enough research to say for sure if they are more common in trans people. Some examples of other connective tissue disorders are Marfan’s Syndrome, Loeys-Dietz Syndrome, and Osteogenesis Imperfecta.
