La IA no viene a sustituirnos, viene a cambiar la forma en la que trabajamos.
No reemplaza a las personas que piensan, que crean, que conectan ideas.
Pero sí está empezando a reemplazar muchas tareas que antes hacíamos manualmente y ahora las podemos automatizar...¡¡Qué ventaja y que ahorro de tiempo para poder dedicar tiempo a las personas y a las conversaciones que suman!!
Y eso, aunque a veces dé vértigo, también es una oportunidad enorme.
Al final no se trata de competir contra la IA.
Se trata de aprender a trabajar con ella.
La pregunta ya no es si la IA va a cambiar el trabajo.
