No-bake mint @aerochocolateuki buns! These were my fav traybake at school so I had to recreate! Ingredients: 400g (1 can) sweetened condensed milk 220g butter 2 tbsp cocoa powder 90g mint aero chocolate 100g dark chocolate 600g digestive biscuits (or graham crackers) 120g mint aero balls 200g white chocolate, melted 100g milk chocolate, melted 30g mint aero chocolate/balls, crumbled Method: 1. Add the sweetened condensed milk, butter, mint chocolate and dark chocolate to a pan and heat gently until melted. Once melted, stir in 2 tbsp of cocoa powder and heat for a further minute, stirring regularly 2. Crush up the digestives (leaving a few larger chunks for added texture) and add to a large bowl before pouring in the chocolatey mix. Stir well to combine 3. Tip onto a lined baking tray and smooth the top. Scatter over the mint aero balls and push them gently into the mixture. Chill for 2 hours until firm 4. Top with the melted white and milk chocolate and use a fork to swirl together. Sprinkle with the crumbled mint chocolate and chill again for half an hour until the topping has set 5. Cut into bars and enjoy!! #bakingreels #nobake #nobakedessert #mintchocolate #mintaero #bubblybakers

Here are the details- You can order a box today, and get it picked up from my studio (or delivered for an extra charge via Porter) on 11th of January, Saturday! Here’s what we have in the menu- 1 box weighs roughly around 700 grams 9 pieces of classic brownies - ₹1200 9 pieces of walnut brownies - ₹1300 9 pieces of nutella brownies - ₹1400 9 pieces of assorted brownies ₹1300 .
