BAWhen it comes to building your playlist, pair your music with your sequence. Choose songs based on the muscle group you’re working. It makes SUCH a difference.
If you want your classes to feel dynamic, start thinking of each section of your workout as it’s own main character:
Glutes might be bold and powerful.
Core could be spicy and intense.
Every target area has it’s own flavor.
When you think of it this way, your class becomes a whole journey not just a workout.
