Participating in Movember this year was a super rewarding experience and made shaving off my beard well worth the effort.
I grew my beard for a whole year while I was living in Antarctica, and deduced to fundraise to shave it off. Thanks to the kindness of people on Social media, the money raised will go towards finding a cure for prostate cancer and testicular cancer and provide resources for men who are struggling with their mental health.
I want men to have the courage to go and see a doctor, or talk about any struggles they are having without fear. We need to stick together in this.
Although I did it the unconventional way (shaving rather than growing facial hair) raising over $5500 for an incredible charity was absolutely worth it.
Blokes, if you’re struggling, please talk to someone. If you’re having health issues or somethings doesn’t seem right, go and see a doctor. It is ok to talk 👊

3️⃣0️⃣ Bar Muscle up
3️⃣0️⃣ Snatch - 60kg
Finally managed to hit this sub 8 mins, it’s not world beating but I can keep chipping away!!!
💥 Scaled version just reduce the weight and replace the muscle ups with gymnastics you can hit for minimum sets of 6 reps!
Next steps how to push the revs even more on this!!!
