If you let anybody shape your reality, You'll end up resenting them, The happiest I ever was, Was when I broke up with my ex-girlfriend I used to always want steak, Just by itself, No chips or fries, But she would always do the extra, She would always tell me, You need this or you need that, Now I sound ungrateful because she put all this effort in, But when I broke up with her, I learned how to cook steak by itself, I went from 100KG to 80KG in 3 months, I let somebody control something as little as some chips, And it ruptured my potential, If you don't let anybody interfere with how you want to live, You can't blame anybody for how you live, I believe self accountability is the freedom we all want, The freedom we all need, Have you ever met a victim who's a victim for victim sake? They just trip all the time over their bottom lip, Everything is about them, They're not accountable, They're an energy drainer, They don't appreciate anything, If that sounds like you, change it, Hold yourself to some standards, You'll feel much better #pursuitofhappiness #motivation #betterself

It’s simple to find ease in daily schedules that do not allow you to grow further as a human being, and to feel stuck in your current routine. If you’re genuinely content with your lifestyle, that’s amazing! But if not, let’s reconsider your day-to-day. From what you do, how you use your time, to even who you are around, we need to make sure that most to all your daily choices allow you to better yourself. If you were in the same state that you are now in 10 years, would you be happy? If not, here’s my hack you shoudl utilize to make small changes daily, but large changes in the long run. It is the BUILD technique. Everyday, complete one action that: 1) Works and keeps your BODY (B) healthy 2) Brings YOU (U) joy 3) Allows for more INCOME (I) 4) Strengthens RELATIONSHIPS (L) with loved ones 5) DEVELOPS (D) your mind I’ve tried this for around 4 years now, and I can’t believe how I ever lived without it.
