TAI get it. Bite work training is expensive, however, there was no way I was cashing out that much on some wood! 😭 AND this took me only one day to put together!
I have a couple of alterations/finishing touches to complete but so excited to get this girl training. She is a very mouthy puppy and is showing so many signs that she will be killer in bitework. And if she doesn’t like it, oh well. We will find something else for her to love. It’s her world, I’m just living in it. 🤞🏽

There’s a lot of debate online about which breed supposedly has the ‘strongest bite force’, but most of those numbers floating around are unreliable. And most of the breeds people argue about don’t even do bitework anyway, so you couldn’t meaningfully test it in the first place.
The only number I actually trust is the one we measured properly with Banx — 175kg on the sleeve with @rogue1k9
Bite force also varies massively between individual dogs, grip quality, commitment, conditioning, equipment, and context.
Which is why most of those ‘bite force charts’ online are basically just internet mythology.
