HOTechnology is rapidly advancing to help combat housing affordability and options like this foldable micro house on Amazon is one step in the right direction! The challenge is most cities won’t permit or allow this type of house because it doesn’t meet their code but I am sure over time more cities will become flexible in figuring out how to allow this and/or similar housing types to be built.
