Overnight Oats in 5 flavors - healthy breakfasts for the week in 15 minutes!😍 These recipes are gluten-free & lactose-free and super easy to make!🤩 • Classic overnight oats: For five servings: 2 1/2 cups gluten-free oats (600 ml) 2 1/2 cups lactose-free plain yogurt (600 ml) 2 1/2 cups almond milk (600 ml) 5 tablespoons chia seeds 1/4 cup maple syrup (60 ml) • For one serving: 1/2 cup gluten-free oats (120 ml) 1/2 cup lactose-free plain yogurt (120 ml) 1/2 cup almond milk (120 ml) 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1/2 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup • 1. Mix all the ingredients together 2. Let set in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight 3. OATMEAL PANCAKES 🇪🇸 1 taza de copos de avena 1 plátano maduro 1/2 taza de leche (láctea o vegetal) 1 huevo grande 1 cda de miel o jarabe de arce 1 cdta de extracto de vainilla 1/2 cdta de canela en polvo 1 cdta de levadura química 1/4 taza de arándanos frescos o congelados Bate los copos de avena, luego agrega la vainilla, la miel, el huevo, la canela, la levadura química y la leche. Mezcla hasta que esté bien integrado e incorpora suavemente los arándanos a la masa. Deja reposar 5 minutos. Calienta una sartén antiadherente y vierte un poco de masa para cada panqueque. Cocina hasta que se formen burbujas en la superficie y los bordes se vean firmes. Voltea y cocina el otro lado hasta que esté dorado. Sirve caliente con tus ingredientes favoritos, como miel, rodajas de plátano adicionales o yogur, y espolvorea un poco de canela en polvo. 🇺🇸 1 cup rolled oats 1 ripe banana 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) 1 large egg 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries Blend the rolled oats, then add the vanilla, honey, egg, cinnamon and baking powder, and milk. Mix until well combined then gently fold the blueberries into the batter. Rest for 5 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan and pour few batter for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as honey, additional banana slices, or yogurt and sprinkle some cinnamon powder.
