Also please remember kids that are non verbal have a tough time expressing themselves so please be kind, and before you judge a nonverbal autistic child, remember you’ve never lived in a world where your thoughts had no easy way out or the strength it takes to navigate a world that doesn’t understand you. Also remember, autism is not one size fits all either. #autismawareness

Underwhelming AF 🫠 So many people are asking me what it was like inside the Pyramid of Giza, so here it is! You be the judge of it 🫣 For anyone traveling there soon, note there is a separate ticket of 1700 EGP (27 Euro/ 250 HKD) to enter the Great Pyramid of Khufu. I personally didn’t think it was all that (mostly due to how overcrowded it was) and I enjoyed much more the Pyramid of Menkaure and Mars Ankh Tomb (which are literally next to it and soooo stunning!)✨ Regardless, I do think it was an unforgettable experience - but I would have gone straight to Menkaure Pyramid or gone even earlier with less crowd.. It took about 35 minutes to get in and out of the pyramid tunnels, also once you are in it’s really hard to get out so you cannot change your mind halfway 😬 If you are claustrophobic, skip this. Save for your next trip to #cairo #egypt 🫶🏻

From Egypt’s capital, Cairo, it’s a 10-hour overnight bus journey through military checkpoints and barren lands—enough to make me hesitate. On top of that, we were putting all our trust in a local family we had been in contact with but had never met! But this decision? It changed our lives. ✨ For a month, we lived in a house made of mud and salt, immersing ourselves in a culture we knew little about. The strangers we met through a worldschooling group?
