Since trying Cevapi at Global Village in Dubai, we’ve been dying to have it again in Melbourne and finally The Cevapi Project IS HERE TO SERVE A FULLY LOADED BALKAN MENU!!! 🥳
All their meats are grilled perfectly and juicy, dripping in its own meat and their patties are seasoned well! 🤩
Balkan cuisine itself is quite simple, its meat, diced onions and bread, so for some it can feel quite dry and heavy so YOU NEED the salad for that balance and to cut through the heaviness BUT I RECOMMEND THE ROASTED PEPPERS, IT IS A MUST GET, SO MUCH FLAVOUR!! 😩
The perfect bite is their sandwich, lathered with the Ajvar (capsicum dip), Cevapi, Diced Onions, Roasted Peppers and more Ajvar on top, YOU WILL HAVE A PERFECT BITE, a texture sensation in your mouth, A BANGER!! 😤
Also they serve up some absolutely mean French fries, perfect golden crispy and salted so well, also a must get! 😎
