Chen’s Kitchen just refreshed their Szechwan-Japanese menu 🔥 There’s a lineup of new dishes that pair perfectly with rice from the comforting loofah with scrambled eggs to the mala mayo prawns, which balances savoury and sweetness really well. The classics are still here too, including the mapo tofu and fried rice with sakura shrimp. The XXL Szechwan La Zi Ji was a little underwhelming though, lacking that signature numbing spice.
