✨🤎Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding🤎✨ I am obsessed with blended chia pudding & especially this super thick & creamy chocolate protein version💕 ✨ Ingredients 1 can of coconut milk 1/3 cup chia seeds 2 tbsp cacao powder 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla ✨ Directions Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend them until the chia seeds are finely ground. Transfer the chia pudding into jars and refrigerate them overnight. You can definitely enjoy the pudding right away, but it gets so much thicker and creamier when refrigerated for 4-5 hours or overnight. I topped my blended chia pudding with dairy-free yogurt, fresh raspberries, and chocolate shavings. This makes 4 small servings or 2 normal-sized ones. #healthyrecipes #dessert #snack

new breakfast idea: lemon blueberry chia pudding! this delicious make ahead breakfast or snack is perfect for summer and so easy make 🤩 recipe, serves 2: 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup milk of choice 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract lemon blueberry sauce: 1/2 cup blueberries 1 tsp maple syrup 1 tsp lemon zest 1. whisk together the chia seeds, milk, vanilla and maple until smooth. divide into two small cups or containers then stir again to make sure the chia seeds are mixed in well 2. microwave the blueberries and maple syrup for 1 minute in 30 second increments. once the blueberries soften, mix in the lemon zest 3. pour the blueberry sauce over the chia pudding and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. I love topping mine with greek yogurt when ready to eat! 4. keep refrigerated for up to 5 days

Made with @flavcity Limited Edition Shamrock Protein Smoothie for that smooth minty flavor. Make it before this flavor sells out! Makes 1 serving Ingredients: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 cup milk of choice 1.5 scoops FlavCity Shamrock Protein Smoothie 3 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp maple syrup Topping: 2 tbsp chocolate chips 1 tsp coconut oil Cacao nibs Chopped pistachios Flaky salt Directions: 1. Add the Greek yogurt, milk, maple syrup, chia seeds, and FlavCity Shamrock Protein Smoothie to a blender then blend until it’s well mixed. 2. Pour the mixture into a 8-12 oz jar then refrigerate for 15 minutes. 3. In a double boiler, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil then mix until melted. 4. Remove the chia pudding from the fridge and pour the chocolate over top. Garnish with cacao nibs, pistachios, and flaky salt. Then place back in the fridge for 5 minutes. 5. It’s also great for meal prep😍 • More healthy recipes in my Ebook which has 100 easy recipes, link in my profile🥰 • Ingredients: 3/4 cup raspberries (180 ml / about 120g) 1/4 cup milk of choice (60 ml) 1/4 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt or yogurt of choice (60 ml) 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 tablespoons chia seeds • toppings: homemade granola (lactose-free) Greek yogurt raspberries • 1. Add the raspberries, milk, yogurt, sweetener and vanilla extract into the blender and mix until smooth 2. Pour the mixture into a glass, jar or a bowl. Add the chia seeds and stir to combine 3. Let set in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or overnight) 4.
