Making Corned Beef for St. Patrick’s Day? 🍀 Try this low and slow smoked recipe🔥 Recipe: -Cover the Corned Beef with a light layer of mustard to use as a binder and season with black pepper and brown sugar. -Place on the grill at 250F indirect and spritz with apple cider vinegar every hour until the internal temperature reaches 165F. -Place in a braising tray with potatoes, carrots, cabbage and pour in beef both and an Irish stout. (Liquid level should come up to just under half of the meat). -Cover with foil and place back on the grill and raise the temperature to 300F until the corned beef reaches 210F internal. -Remove and rest for at least 1 hour before slicing (or until the temp comes down to below 160F). #stpatricksday #cornedbeef #smoked

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day! Here’s my easy go to recipe for Corned Beef and Cabbage. 1 package of brined Corned Beef. I prefer the flat cut because it’s great for leftover sandwiches. Rinse and pat dry with a paper towel. Lay a bed of onions in a Dutch oven or large pot, place the corn beef on top of the onions, squeeze a generous amount of mustard on top, sprinkle the seasoning packet that comes with the package, add some garlic powder, paprika and pepper. Pour in enough water to reach almost the top of the corn beef, but not submerging it. You want to keep mustard seasoning top above water. Then add some beef bullion. Some people also like to add Guinness. Cover with a lid and simmer on low for 3 hours. Then remove the corn beef and add cabbage, potatoes and carrots. Cover with a lid and simmer for another 20 minutes. #cornbeefandcabbage #cornbeef #recipevideo #dinnerrecipes #saintpatricksday

This is THE corned beef recipe ☘️ that got me on millions of screens back in 2023 and millions since, + thousands have came back to comment it’s the best they’ve ever made! Soo you don’t need to just take my word for it. I refuse to accept mushy veggies as my fate on St. Patrick’s Day. The secret to perfectly tender beef and veggies that actually hold their texture? Cooking them in stages so each one shines. I go low and slow in the oven with mustard, brown sugar, and extra garlic (because I can’t help myself). Potatoes and carrots go in with an hour left, and cabbage only steams at the end — no more overcooked sadness. Don’t skip the horseradish cream sauce. It makes the dish, in my humble opinion 😋 Here’s what I used: 🥩 Corned beef (+ spice packet) 🥄 Dijon mustard & brown sugar 🧄 Onion & garlic 🍺 Beer, beef broth, or water 🥔 Potatoes, 🥕 carrots, & cabbage 🌿 Fresh parsley (optional) ➕ Horseradish cream sauce (sour cream, horseradish, Dijon, Worcestershire, salt & pepper) The method: 1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Rinse corned beef, pat dry. 2. Place in a roasting pan (Dutch oven works great), rub the top with mustard and brown sugar. 3. Scatter onion, garlic, and the spice packet around it. Add liquid but don’t submerge. 4. Cover and roast 45-50 minutes per pound. 5. With 1 hour left, add potatoes and carrots. Add more liquid if needed. 6. With 15-20 minutes left, add cabbage on top. 7. Remove beef, let it rest 10-15 minutes, then slice against the grain. Serve with veggies and horseradish cream. You’ve never had a reuben like this before. 🥳💚 Keep reading or get the full recipe details in the @allrecipes bio! ⬇️ Ingredients: 12 slices soft rye bread 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese 1/2 pound very thinly sliced corned beef 3/4 cup sauerkraut, drained very well 1/4 cup butter, melted, plus more if needed 1 cup thousand island dressing 2 teaspoons hot sauce Directions: Place bread slices on a work surface. Use a rolling pin to flatten bread on both sides so that the bread slice becomes smooth and very thin. Place about 2 tablespoons cheese over each bread slice and top with a thin layer of corned beef. Use a paper towel to press and absorb any excess moisture from sauerkraut; add about 1 tablespoon sauerkraut to each slice, and spread evenly over corned beef. From the short side of the bread slice, roll bread tightly around filling, taking care not to tear the bread. Place the roll seam-side down and set aside while preparing remaining rolls with remaining ingredients. Brush each roll with melted butter. Air fry rolls at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) until toasted, golden brown and crisp, about 5 minutes. Stir dressing and hot sauce together in a small bowl. Corned Beef Twice Baked Potato INGREDIENTS & RECIPE 👇🏻 3 pounds of brined corned beef 2 cups diced carrots 2 cups diced onions 1 cup diced celery 1/4 cup minced garlic 3-5 sprigs of thyme 1 Guinness beer 3 cups beef stock salt and pepper 4 large russet potatoes 1/2 cup melted garlic butter Cut the corned beef into smaller pieces and season with salt and pepper Sear the beef on all sides until you get some color. Set aside Add the carrots, onions, celery and garlic to the pan with the reserved fond and sauté for 3-5 minutes Add the vegetables to an instant pot along with the seared beef, beer, beef stock, thyme and season with salt and pepper. Cook on high for 45 minutes Release the pressure and shred the meat separating the liquid , meat and vegetables For the potatoes Poke a few holes into the potatoes, coat with some olive oil and kosher salt Bake at 425 degrees F for 1 hour Take the potatoes out, slice off the top and scoop the cooked potatoes into a separate bowl Melt the garlic butter and combine it with the cooked mashed potatoes until its creamy. Add to a piping bag or ziploc bag Fill each empty potato boat with some of the shredded beef, and top with the mashed potatoes Bake for 5-8 minutes at 450 degrees or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy Top with the braising liquid and some of the braised vegetables
