HA🧄🧀 Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread From Scratch
Soft, fluffy, buttery garlic bread loaded with mozzarella — made completely from scratch ✨
📝 Ingredients
For the Dough:
2 cups (260 g) all-purpose flour
160 ml warm milk
1 tsp yeast
1½ tbsp sugar
¾ tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
For the Topping:
175–180 g mozzarella cheese
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp finely chopped herbs
2 tbsp butter
Pinch of salt
Black pepper, chilli flakes, oregano & parsley (optional)
👩🏻🍳 Method
1️⃣ Make the dough
Mix flour, warm milk, yeast, sugar, salt & oil.
Knead until soft and elastic (8–10 mins).
Rest for 10 mins.
2️⃣ Shape & Fill
Roll into a rectangle.
Score a crisscross pattern (don’t cut fully).
Spread garlic butter on top.
Insert mozzarella into the cuts.
3️⃣ Proof
Cover and let it rise for 30 mins or until puffy.
4️⃣ Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 32–35 mins
Cover with foil if the top browns too quickly.
Serve warm and watch it disappear in minutes 🤌🔥

JAThis recipe makes 2 loaves of bread, or 1 loaf bread and one pack of rolls.
RECIPE:
Mix 2 cups room temp water with 1/4 cup honey and 1tbsp instant yeast. Let sit 5-10 minutes to activate
Then mix in 5 cups all purpose flour, 2 tsp salt, 2tbsp soften butter. Mix with stand mixer on low until dough is no longer touching the sides.
Cover and let sit 1 hour or until doubled in size (sometimes can take up to 2 hours)
Punch down and plop out on counter. Divide in half.
FOR BREAD - pushing it out into a large square then fold the left side to the center, then the right side to the center, then roll up. Tuck the edges under and plop into a buttered bread pan.
ROLLS- cut or pinch small chunks of dough and roll into a ball, or fold over on itself until it forms a ball (3-4 folds). Put in a buttered dish.
Cover and let rise until doubled in size. (Can be 30 minutes, could be an hour and half)
Cook 350 degrees. Bread cooks for 30 minutes, rolls cook for 20 minutes.

INGarlic and Cheese Bread (Knoblauchbrot)
For the dough;
1 cup of warm milk (200ml)
1 spoonful of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of yeast or half a packet of fresh yeast
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Up to 2.5 cups of flour
About 1 teaspoon of salt.
Garlic mustard:
1 head of garlic (I prefer large)
3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons softened butter
Salt
Black pepper
Money pepper
a pinch of finely minced parsley
Grated cheese (I used Mozzarella)
First, knead the dough and let it rise. Add the flour gradually, ensuring a soft dough. Peel the garlic and sauté it in a pan with 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil. Don't leave it unattended, stirring constantly, as it cooks very quickly. Let it cool slightly. Crush the garlic and mix it with the other ingredients. Divide the risen dough into three parts and roll each part out like a long flatbread. Place it on a baking tray, spread the garlic mixture evenly over it, and sprinkle generously with grated cheese. You can sprinkle red pepper flakes again if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 230 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. Ingredients:
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup shredded gouda cheese
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
• 3 cups tapioca starch
• 1 tbsp salt
Preparation:
• Preheat oven to 400°F
