STWe broke ground in August of 2022, and finished building the end of May 2023. We got our certificate of occupancy and we were moved in by June 1st! My husband was the GC of our custom home build, it’s the first home we have built from the ground up, plenty of renovation projects throughout the years though. This is our dream home, we are in our 50’s, raised 4 kids, have scrimped and saved to build this home. It is a dream come true and we could not have done it without being the builder ourselves, it saved us a ton! We have been in it almost 3 years now, and I honestly still pinch myself!
