💭PS: Este es el día cinco de ocho días de competencia de apnea. Me quedan 3 días para lograr otro récord en la cuarta disciplina de apnea de profundidad, que es la más técnica y la más difícil (CNF sin aleta)🤞🏽 pero he entrenado duro y confío en que puedo lograrlo.

Anuncié 45m, pero a los 41m el mar y mi cuerpo me pidieron parar. Tuve problemas de compensación y decidí hacer un Early Turn (vuelta anticipada). En este deporte, el ego te dice "empuja", pero la experiencia te dice "escucha".
Hoy no llegué a la meta anunciada, pero gané en seguridad. Forzar una compensación nunca vale una lesión. El mar siempre estará ahí para el siguiente intento. 👇🌊
