IAMy social media detox saved my life! No, I’m not posting as consistently as I used to but I am more at peace now than before because of it.
I still desire to share wisdom and add value however, this is no longer my primary purpose.
I’ve been spending time taking my own medicine. That good soul raising vibratory self gratifying solitude that allows for the most important part of this healing journey, INTEGRATION!
If you’re not sure what this is, or haven’t allowed yourself time for integration, this could explain why you’re feeling stuck and/or stagnant like no true soul progress has been made.
It’s not enough to read the books, eat the shrooms, and talk the talk. We must make time to embody all of what we acquire through knowledge and spend time reprogramming the subconscious mind so that these new concepts and life skills become muscle memory!
Get it out of your head, and into your body!!!
Get out of your shadows and into the light!
Get out of that #darkwind and into your heart!!
Allow yourself to finally be yourself!! You have to choose to first choose to release the things that do not serve you and then actually follow through!
