Finally got to experience Dessert 39 at SM Mall of Asia and I can say… it’s not just pretty, it’s actually GOOD. 😊 Dessert 39 is a Korean dessert café known for its premium cakes, pastries, and signature coffee drinks and you’ll feel that soft, cozy, IG-worthy vibe the moment you step inside. The ambiance is calm, aesthetic, and perfect for dates, catch-ups, or even solo coffee days. Here’s everything we ordered on our first visit: 🍰 Puremilk Cake – Super soft, fluffy, and light. Not overly sweet, which I love. It literally melts in your mouth and tastes clean and milky. Perfect if you’re not into heavy desserts. 🥭 Mango Tokyo Roll – Fresh mango flavor with smooth cream filling. The sponge is moist and airy, and the sweetness is well-balanced. Very refreshing! 🥐 Custard Croquant Choux – Crispy on the outside with rich, creamy custard inside. I love the texture contrast — may crunch tapos silky yung filling. 🥯 Plain Bagel – Simple but soft and chewy. A good choice if you want something light to pair with coffee. Now let’s talk about the drinks ☕ 🍓 Strawberry Latte – Creamy with a sweet strawberry twist. It’s pretty, smooth, and not too artificial tasting. 🤍 Einspanner – For strong coffee lovers. Bold espresso topped with thick cream — rich, smooth, and comforting. 🤎 Brown Sugar Pong Latte – Sweet, creamy, and slightly caramelized because of the brown sugar. If you like dessert-style coffee, this one’s for you. Overall, I really enjoyed the whole experience. The desserts are beautifully presented, the flavors are balanced, and the ambiance makes you want to stay longer. Definitely a spot I’d come back to try more from their menu.
