Follow me for more recipes @amydulcee 💜 Pink Deviled Eggs 🌸🥚🌱 A simple and colorful dish that will make any holiday table more joyful and festive! This week the recipe was published in La’Isha magazine and today it’s also available on their website with all the preparation steps, tips, and highlights ✨ Ingredients: • 6 eggs • 1.5 liters water • 1 large beet • 1 lemon • 1 flat tsp salt • 1 heaping tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream • 1 tsp mustard • Pinch of salt • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper Instructions: 1. Boil the eggs for 8–10 minutes, then transfer to a bowl of cold water. 2. Peel the eggs and place them in a bowl or container. 3. Peel the beet, cut it into small cubes, and place in a pot. Add water, salt, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then let cool. 4. Remove the beet cubes from the water and pour the beet-colored water over the eggs (add a bit more water if it doesn’t cover the eggs completely). 5. Let the eggs soak in the beet water in the fridge for three hours or overnight (no longer than that). 6. Cut the eggs in half, transfer the yolks to a bowl, and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, a pinch of salt, and ground black pepper. (If the texture is crumbly, add a bit more mayonnaise.) 7. Fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Garnish with fresh herbs, edible flowers, black pepper, or crushed chili—whatever you love!

Cut off the top third and remove the yolks. 🐣 Mix the yolks with 3 tbsp mayo, 3/4 tsp Dijon, a pinch of garlic powder & salt. Mash until smooth. 🐣 Pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites and replace the tops. 🐣 Add black peppercorns for eyes & a tiny carrot triangle for the beak. Simple, festive, and delicious. I made the Worlds largest Deviled Egg with a Ostrich Egg! I boiled it for 1 1/2 hours and then ice bath for 30 minutes. The shell is very hard so it took a while to crack and peel. Next scoop out the yolk and add mayo, mustard, sweet relish, salt and pepper. Squeeze back onto the egg and dust paprika and sprinkle chopped chives. Instead of the usual mayo-mustard situation, I’m blending the yolks with Greek yogurt, fresh herbs, capers, and lemon zest for that signature green goddess flavor. FOR THE EGGS 12 large eggs 2 cups beet juice or brine FOR THE FILLING ¼–½ cup mayonnaise 2–4 Tbsp horseradish mustard ½ tsp garlic powder ½ lemon, zested Flaky salt, for garnish Fresh chives, thinly sliced Fresh dill, for garnish METHOD 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil using Frigidaire’s Induction Power Boost. 2. Add eggs and boil over medium heat for 10–12 minutes. 3. Transfer to an ice bath and cool for 5 minutes, then peel immediately. 4. Add beet juice or brine to a large bowl, submerge peeled eggs, cover, and refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight (longer soak = deeper color). 5. Remove eggs from brine, slice in half, and separate yolks into a bowl. 6. Add mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, and lemon zest to yolks. Beat until smooth, adjusting mayo and mustard as needed.
