TA新開意大利餐廳Dieci，店名既是字面意思也是經營理念：菜單圍繞十道時令菜式設計，定期更換，以當季食材為本。
我們前往品嚐，驚喜之作包括混合形狀意粉，各種形狀的意粉與清新番茄醬和鮮甜本地蝦完美搭配。炸飯球破開瞬間，融化的莫薩里拉芝士與濃郁牛尾肉醬傾瀉而出。香脆羊排火候精準，配搭意大利蕪菁和薄荷汁，平衡鮮香與清新。

At new Italian restaurant Dieci, the name is literal and structural: the menu is built around ten seasonal dishes, changing regularly and guided by what’s available.
We went in for a taste and our highlights included pasta mista, its mixed shapes doing the right thing with a clean datterino tomato sauce and sweet local prawns. Supplì that break open to reveal molten mozzarella and a deeply savoury oxtail ragù. And crisp lamb chops, properly cooked, paired with cime di rapa and mentuccia jus that keep things grounded and sharp.
