AN🤩Try something NEW and take an aerial class at AntiGravity Orlando! Double Point Harness is a fantastic way to get in shape and learn how to flip, bounce, and FLY!
💫DOUBLE-POINT HARNESS: This aerial class explores the dynamics of “harness flying.” Students will become familiar with a variety of harness-apparatuses and flying techniques. Students will utilize our Double-Point Harnesses to learn vertical dancing, theatrical aerial skills, and inverted choreography.
💪This class includes core conditioning & stability exercises, and will focus on movement quality and aerial dance. Much of the class will be spent inverted or spinning, using fly-systems that may involve wire cables attached to spreader-bars and spansets. Students will learn to safely use this aerial equipment and will explore many applications of these skills. (Students should wear multiple snug layers over the hips for added harness comfort.)
