Minha princesa Maria ficou encantada com o passeio de barco com os personagens do filme Frozen e com o brinquedo do filme Ratatouille. O almoço também foi incrível, em ‘outro planeta’. 🚀

TH🔊🎶🗣️ Wandering out of Vieux Lyon, we meander around the Bellcour-Hôtel Dieu district, on the peninsula between the Saône and Rhône Rivers. It’s home to the Place Bellcour, the country’s third largest outdoor plaza, and the old Hôtel Dieu, the old religious hospital, now a shopping complex. Strolling up the Rue de la Republique revealed more retail shops—and plenty of more people walking their dogs—although some dogs wander unleashed.
On the other side of the #Rhone is another local #foodie destination in the @ValleeDeLaGastronomie: @LesHallesDeLyon Paul Bocuse. named after the celebrated chef known as the “pope of #gastronomy,” who worked his way up the ranks with a philosophy of lighter nouvelle cuisine that inspired a generation. Before his passing in 2018, he was honored to cook for presidents and other dignitaries, however perhaps one of his biggest honors—at least in the States—was to represent French cuisine at the opening of The #EPCOT Center in 1982. His food hall, akin to New York’s Chelsea Market and Toronto’s St. Lawrence Market, is stall after stall of gourmet ingredient sellers, purveying the best meats, baked goods, seafood, cheeses, and even some prepared foods.— Working up another appetite in nouveau #Lyon, #France. 🇫🇷
