NAThere are many ways to detox and one way is through the feet 🦶🏾
Here’s an easy foot detox recipe:
• 1 cup of epsom salt
• 1 cup or sea salt
• 2 cups of baking soda
Add these ingredients to water that is warm enough for your comfort and soak your feet. This is a great detox to do right before bed. Be sure to hydrate to assist your body in the removal of waste.
Bonus: add in your favorite essential oil for a relaxation and added therapeutic benefit of the oil.
