Thanks for asking this, my current CTC is X LPA and I am also expecting a decent hike as part of year end process. So after factoring it in my expected CTC is Y (Y is basis the formula that is mentioned in the reel).

1️⃣ Mention a salary range
If the question of expected CTC comes up, indicate a range that you are comfortable with, based on your previous research on salaries and your current salary.
2️⃣ Be ready with a rational explanation
