I wish I could’ve turned into a kangaroo 🦘 for my first time in Flatanger, but I only got to try it on the first day… since then I haven’t been able to get back on the wall. After 6 days sick, a nerve in my back won’t let me lift my right leg… 🫠 Learning (again) that patience really is the key. @millet_mountain @petzl_official @dushow_off

Here’s the start of “Flaggermusmannen assisted dyno start variation”, a fun little challenge I thought of on my recent Flatanger excursion. The original version starts by climbing the rope up to the second quickdraw before starting to climb the route, which funnily enough means I think this way makes more sense 😅 The only rule is that your belayer needs to be lighter than the climber, otherwise it’s aid climbing. There are a few jumar starts in Flatanger that really only make sense to do that way, but with this one I got pretty close without the assist, future proj! Anybody know if it’s been done ground up before?
