Ingredients:
Peanut Butter Bars:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temp
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs, room temp
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Peanut Butter Filling:
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, room temp
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
- 1 (7 oz) jar of Marshmallow Fluff (you can also use more if you’d like!)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 8x8 metal pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and peanut butter until smooth. Add both sugars and beat on med-high until pale and fluffy (approx. 2-3mins).
- Reduce speed and add the eggs and vanilla. Beat until combined.
- Add flour mixture and mix until just combined.
- Place the dough into the prepared pan and press down to flatten slightly.
- Bake for about 30 mins or until lightly browned and mostly set. Oven times may vary so watch it carefully!
- Remove from oven and immediately use a cup or container to press firmly down in the center to create a well.
- Cool in pan for 10 mins then place on wire rack to cool completely.
- For the peanut butter filling: Beat butter until creamy. Add peanut butter and beat until well combined (2-3 mins).
- Add sifted powdered sugar in one 1/2 cup at a time and beat until combined. Add vanilla.
- Add cream one Tbsp at a time until desired consistency. Beat on high for 3 minutes until fluffy.
- Now let’s assemble it: Spread peanut butter filling into the well of the peanut butter bars then spread the marshmallow fluff on top.
- Serve at room temperature and eat within 2-3 days. Or freeze for up to 4 weeks.

Marshmallow, creamy peanut butter, and chocolate are grilled to perfection. Creating a warm, gooey, crunchy, and sweet nostalgic sandwich.

Grilled Flutternutter Sandwich
2 slices of bread
Creamy peanut butter
Marshmallow creme (fluff)
A handful of chocolate chips
1-2 tbsp Unsalted butter
1. Heat a medium skillet over low-medium heat.
2. Spread peanut butter on one side of bread and then marshmallow onto the other side of the bread. Sprinkle with a few chocolate chips and then close the sandwich.
3. Place 1 tbsp of butter into the skillet and once it melts add the sandwich.
4. Cook for about 2 minutes, or until browned and then flip (add another tbsp of butter to the pan before flipping. Cook again for another 2 minutes, or until browned.
5. Plate and cut in your favorite way.

SAFluffernutter bars
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 ½ cups smooth peanut butter
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Icing:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 & 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Topping:
7 oz jar marshmallow fluff
Mix butter and sugars. Add peanut butter and egg + yolk. Mix well. Add in dry ingredients. Line an 9x9 pan with parchment paper. Press dough into pan. Bake at 350 for 23-27 minutes until sides are browning. Let cool. Mix icing ingredients. Top cooled cookie with icing. Then top with marshmallow.
