I was denied boarding on my confirmed Cathay Pacific flight from Hyderabad due to an internal ticketing error, despite having a valid booking and having paid extra to rebook my connecting flight earlier. I was left without any real assistance at the airport and only managed to get rebooked 24 hours later after hours of calls to customer care. This delay has caused me to miss an important academic exam and disrupted my travel plans entirely. The ground staff have laughed and walked away in front of me, leaving me completely helpless. I’m asking Cathay Pacific to take responsibility for this situation and provide: – A proper apology and acknowledgment to send my university – Reimbursement for the inconvenience and expenses caused – Fair compensation for the 24-hour delay – A goodwill upgrade on my rebooked flight Case: 05531911 @cathaypacific @cathaypacific_help #DeniedBoarding #PassengerRights #TravelFail #AirlineAccountability

From the second I hit the priority desk at BOM, everything was just… seamless. Cathay Pacific really knows how to set the mood. . . A few highlights from the flight: • The Kit: Finally got my hands on the Bamford amenity kit—those skincare bits are a total game-changer for mid-flight hydration. • The Sip: If you know, you know. Their signature orange juice is actually elite. • The Sleep: Flipped the seat into a full flatbed and honestly had some of the best sleep I’ve ever had at 35,000 feet. • The Service: Huge shoutout to the crew. Their hospitality is so genuine; you never even have to ask. • AvGeek Mode: The onboard Wi-Fi is actually fast enough that I was tracking other flights flying around my flight on Flightradar24, in the busy airspace around Hong Kong. • Entertainment: Massive library on the 4K screen. Whether you want new releases or a random 90s classic, they’ve got it all. • . After a good sleep, woke up to a superb breakfast just as we started our descent into HK. . .
