PR❌ Ne dis pas : "J’ai plusieurs de problèmes."
Ce n’est pas juste.
Ce n’est pas correct.
👉 Quand tu emploies le mot "plusieurs", tu ne dois pas utiliser la préposition "de". Donc, tu dois tout simplement dire :
✅ J’ai plusieurs problèmes.
C’est la même chose avec les mots "aucun", "quelques" ou "certains". Par exemple, on dit :
Je n’ai aucun problème. Il n’y a pas de préposition.
👉 Par contre, pour les autres quantités, normalement, on doit ajouter la préposition "DE". Par exemple :
→ J’ai beaucoup de problèmes.
→ J’ai trop de problèmes.
→ Je n’ai pas de problème. Ici, c’est la quantité zéro.

🧠Your mindset about how you view yourself in this world is essential. I am where I am today thanks to the story I continuously write for and about myself (and yes, it all starts in my head & heart to become my reality). You don’t have to have it all right now to have it all later. Trust yourself and the journey you’re on. Here are some of the phrases in I consistently repeat to myself and that I now fully believe:
* Je suis forte : I am strong (fort for masculine)
* Je suis courageuse: I am courageous/brave (courageux for masculine)
* Je suis une belle personne: I am a good person
* Je me fais confiance: I trust myself
* Je suis en bonne santé: I am healthy
* Je suis heureuse: I am happy (heureux for masculine)
* Je suis aimée: I am loved (aimé for masculine)
* Je suis riche : I am rich (this applies to more than money, abundance is not just financial!)
I am still struggling in many ways, but I have fully processed that I am in charge and responsible for what I create in life. I was telling myself, « You’re the f*cking boss! » right before making this video. Then I thought it was worth sharing this empowering feeling with you, so I filmed on the go (the sound isn’t great because I’m in NYC, and everything is so loud 😅)
🫶I hope this message helps some of you. It feels pretty ‘unfrench’ of me to share this sentiment, but I’m convinced it has served me well. French people are not as expressive and confident in sharing messages of empowerment from personal experiences because many are afraid to sound cocky or that they’re a show off. I don’t see it that way. It’s about sharing what the tools and resources that has helped me to help others.
🇫🇷La vie est courte / Life is short, too short, not to share our human experiences with other humans and create a meaningful life together (one day at a time!)
🕊️And remember, be kind (to yourself and others), always.
