MEOur week of @hellochef dinners (not an ad).
Some of these meals I literally NEVER imagined I’d be able to eat, & certainly not to continue eating after recovery (once I had lost the ‘justification’ of thinking it was a recovery food), or without manically compensating around them to create some sort of allowance 🤯.
It has been so liberating & freeing to learn that all meals are actually allowed, & that I can join in & have them.
These things are not other people foods, or recovery foods. They’re not things you have to be careful not to get used to, or things you have to one day cut again. They’re not things you have to work in, justify, or create an allowance for. They are actually just always, every week, every day foods.
🚨 Spoiler alert: there’s actually no such thing as a recovery food 😉
