Getting your full back OFF the bench forces the hinge to come from your hips which is exactly where glute growth happens. ☑️ Drive through your feet ☑️ Control the descent ☑️ Let the hips hinge instead of arching the spine ☑️ Redrive through the floor to finish the rep There are multiple ways to perform hip thrusts, but this variation is specifically intended to improve glute recruitment and reduce back compensation.
