Hope this helps 🥳 🐕‍🦺 DAWG METHOD 1️⃣ Grab stimuli to condition yourself with: candle, study playlist, lamp, and sit down at work desk 2️⃣ Turn on all stimuli 3️⃣ Study for 20 mins 4️⃣ When you get distracted, turn off all stimuli 5️⃣ Immediately have a reward to reinforce habit 6️⃣ Take a 5 min break 7️⃣ Repeat 💵 Shame Method 1️⃣ Text a friend: “if I don’t send proof of completion of this assignment by 12AM tonight, I’ll send you $100” 2️⃣ Watch yourself work harder and faster than ever before 🏎️ Mario Kart Method 1️⃣ Listen to stimulating music that’ll give your brain dopamine which will help you hyper focus. - Mario Kart music, Binaual beats, addicting video game music - comment “mario” and i’ll send over all my study playlists 👥 Body Doubling 1️⃣ Study with a friend or record yourself so that you feel accountable to studying. 2️⃣ Record yourself throughout the entire study session even when you take breaks.
