In a bowl, add condensed milk and microwave it for 1 minute. Alternatively, you can also cook it on the stove until it comes to a simmer. 2. Gradually sift the cocoa powder into the warm condensed milk, adding it in three batches and mixing well after each addition. 3. Once all the cocoa powder is fully incorporated, the mixture will become very thick. Transfer it to a 6-inch square dish lined with cling film. 4. Refrigerate it for at least 2 hours. Once set, demould it on a chopping board dusted with cocoa powder. 5. Dust more cocoa powder on top. Use a hot knife to cut them into 9 square truffles.
