MEI’ve made it my work to support women in creating fulfilling inner & outer lives—supporting them in real-izing visions—and as of more recently, helping women build healing-centered businesses from the ground up.
In session & on this platform I talk a lot about clearing out the excess noise, moving stagnation, taking action, and embodying ourselves in a way thats in alignment with the our wiser self.
I stand behind this work, yet there are elements to the challenges that many of us face that I feel are sorely neglected. And I want to speak to women in particular who’s sensitivities naturally fluctuate at different points in their cycle.
The realest of the real is that more often than not I feel like a feral caged animal living in a city grid 🐺
I do my best with it, I live with it, I run my business with it, yet still I cannot deny this sensation—and I have a feeling a lot of other ppl feel this way too, perhaps without even knowing it. Because the language of resonance ♒️ is universal, subtle, and ever present—ya don’t have to go far to experience the abundance of inorganic resonance thats constantly being processed by our animal bodies.
What I’ve noticed is that the moment my body is back in a natural landscape it relaxes & shakes out in a way unattainable while on the grid… perhaps you know this feeling.
This primal feeling of inherent disharmony has been given many medical names—depression, anxiety, autoimmunity, ptsd, etc…. (all of which I have experienced & then some)
Yes we are adaptable creatures, and yes we can still find a rhythm that helps us thrive. Yet I don’t want to ignore this deeply embedded truth that puts a split between ourselves and our wild nature & so I bring this into my work.
REMEMBER 🔑
•Your body is extremely intelligent and knows well before the mind does, stay close to this wisdom
•There is nothing wrong with you for living in a sensitive body—learn its subtle language and weild it as the superpower that it is
•Mass de-sensitization is not a virtue
