หนึ่งในจุดชมพระอาทิตย์ตกยอดนิยมคือบริเวณหาดพัทยา และหาดซันเซ็ต (Sunset Beach) ที่สามารถเดินเล่นริมชายหาด นั่งชิลล์ฟังเสียงคลื่น และเก็บภาพช่วง Golden Hour ได้อย่างเต็มอิ่ม

ITThe Thai island that stole our hearts ♥️🇹🇭
Often nicknamed the “Maldives of Thailand,” this laid-back island has beautiful turquoise waters, soft sandy beaches, and no cars in sight 🏝️✨
We spent 10 dreamy days here and wanted to share some tips if you’re thinking of visiting (you should!) 🥰
It’s right at the bottom of Thailand, on the border with Malaysia so you have to get a ferry or speedboat to reach it (worth it we think!) 🤔
Getting there:
🇹🇭 If you’re in Thailand already, you can hop on a speedboat from Phuket, Krabi, or Koh Lanta.
🇲🇾 Coming from Malaysia? There’s a direct ferry from Langkawi (operates Nov–May)!
Our top things to do:
☀️ Sunrise Beach was our favourite spot — crystal-clear water and perfect for swimming or snorkelling right off the shore.
🌅 Head to Sunset Beach for golden hour — it’s smaller and quieter with the best views.
🚶♀️ Wander Walking Street for local eats, beach bars, and handmade goods.
🌊 Take a day trip to Koh Adang or book a snorkelling tour to nearby islands — the coral is surprisingly vibrant and full of life!
🛶 If you’re up for it, you can kayak or paddleboard around the whole island (it’s that small!)
Things to know:
📅 Best time to visit is between November and May – calm seas + sunny skies
🚫 No cars or bikes – just local taxis (max 100 baht per ride) and sandy footpaths
💵 Bring cash – there are ATMs but they’re not always reliable
🏖️ We recommend staying on Sunrise Beach for the most peaceful vibe
If you’re looking for a quiet island escape with clear waters, beautiful snorkelling, and no motorbike traffic, Koh Lipe might be your new favourite spot 🌴🐠

MATraveling to Thailand with a baby? Here’s our honest island ranking.
1. Koh Kood - the perfect balance of calm and comfort.
Beautiful places to explore and many beaches with natural shade, which makes a big difference with a baby.
2. Koh Lipe - compact and super easy.
Everything is walkable. Warmer weather.
3. Koh Chang - more developed, more options.
But it’s a big island, so getting around takes more time.
4. Koh Mak - peaceful and not much traffic.
We loved the quiet roads, but it felt a bit too calm for us.
Every island is beautiful.
But each one feels completely different.
If you’re traveling with a baby, don’t switch locations every second day.
We spent about a week on each island, and on some of them we could easily have stayed longer.
There are so many amazing places in Thailand to visit with a baby.
These four are just the most recent ones we explored.

Kristalhelder water, witte stranden, kleurrijke koraalriffen en zonsondergangen die je camera niet eens kan vastleggen(zo mooi 😍) .
