You will need to have near perfect credit for this product. Most lenders will need you to put down a minimum of 5% or 10% So if you’re looking to purchase the averaged priced home in the UK £300,000.. you would need a deposit of £15,000 - £30,000.. So it’s important to find a way that works for you and something that you can do for a while. Being honest you aren’t gonna save for a deposit within a year. It’s gonna be a 18-24 months kind of commitment.
