📌 Vision board - Create a physical vision board of the life and identity you’re aspiring to create using pictures, quotes, articles or anything else that inspires you. Keep it somewhere you’ll see each day.
📲 Screensaver on your phone - Keep your goals, a quote or an image that reminds you of them on the thing you probably look at most each day
📝 Journalling prompts - If you love a journal, try reflecting on questions like “What will I do today/tomorrow to move one step closer to my goals”.
