Ready with 5 ingredients, this stuffed NAAN BREAD puffs in a few seconds in a pan! 🤤 Perfect to pair with anything, save the recipe to make it: 👉INGREDIENTS 300g (2 1/2 cups) of flour 1/2 tsp of baking soda 5g (1 tsp) of salt 250g (1 cup) of greek yogurt 100g of mozzarella 👉METHOD In a bowl add the flour, baking soda, salt, and greek yogurt and mix with the spatula. When the ingredients are becoming together knead the dough with your hands until smooth. Transfer the dough to the bowl, cover with cling film and let it rest for 30 minutes. After time has elapsed split the dough into 8 equal parts and flatten each one with your hands. Put the cheese in the middle and close with your hands. Flatten it with a rolling pin. Cook in a pan over medium heat; as soon as the first bubbles form, turn the bread and repeat the process until is completely swollen. Save my recipe for Garlic Naan! It’s so crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Perfect pairing with my butter chicken or tikka masala recipes. Ingredients are 2 tbsp warm water, 1 tsp sugar and 2 tsp yeast. Mix and let sit for 10-15 minutes for yeast to activate. If it doesn’t foam up then the yeast is dead. In a large bowl add 3 cups of bread flour, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup plain yogurt, 2/3 cup warm water, 1/2 tbsp salt and the yeast mixture. Mix together until it all clumps up and then with your hands start kneading for 15 minutes. Place dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for it to double in size. I warmed my oven up to 170f degrees and then turned it off and placed it in there for 2 hours. Then section into 6-8 pieces and flatten with rolling pin. In a hot pan, spay oil, fry on one side 1-w minutes and spray again and flip over frying for another 1/2 minutes. For the garlic cilantro oil I simmered 1/4 olive oil m, 1 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic, 1/2 tsp salt and added chopped cilantro when the heat was off. Soft Garlic Naan Ingredients: • 500g flour (≈ 4 cups) • 431g milk (≈ 1¾ cups + 1 tbsp) • 1 tsp yeast • 1 tsp sugar • 1 tsp salt • 1 tbsp vinegar For brushing: • 1 tbsp minced garlic • 4 tbsp olive oil ⸻ Instructions: 1. In a bowl, mix lukewarm milk with yeast and sugar. Add flour, vinegar, and salt, then mix until the dough comes together. Cover and rest for 20 minutes. 2. Do coil folds until the dough becomes smooth and you can’t fold it anymore. Lightly oil the top, cover with plastic, and let it rest for 1 hour. 3. While the dough is resting, place a washed stone on a tray and preheat the oven at maximum temperature. 4. On a floured surface, divide the dough into 6 portions. Shape into balls and let them rest for 15 minutes. 5. Take each ball and gently stretch it with your hands (not too thin). Brush with garlic olive oil mixture. 6. Place the naan on the hot stone, turn on broil, and bake for about 1 minute. Do not overbake or it will turn hard. This restaurant-style Garlic butter naan recipe uses both milk and yogurt to achieve a signature soft and pillowy texture. The Full Recipe Video link is in my Bio @theartisticcook under BREADS 🍞 INGREDIENTS 🛒 1/4 Cup | 62g Lukewarm Milk ( not too hot) 2 Teaspoon Sugar 1 Teaspoon | 5g instant Yeast ( or 1 1/2 Tsp Active Yeast) 1/2 Cup | 120g whisked Yogurt, room temperature 2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil 2 Cups | 250g All Purpose Flour 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil, to coat the dough METHOD 1. Mix Lukewarm Milk with Sugar till dissolved. Add instant Yeast. If using Active Dry Yeast then let it rest for 10mins till foams at the top. Instant Yeast does not need to rest. 2. Add whisked yogurt. Do not add cold yogurt, bring it to room temperature. Add Oil and whisk everything well. 3. Sift the flour with salt in a bowl and mix well. Add this flour mix in small batches mixing with a Spatula or a dough mixer. Knead into a Dough. Add Oil and knead for 5 mins till a smooth dough forms. Do not use any extra flour while kneading. 4. Grease the dough and the bowl with Oil and cover airtight for 1 or 1.5 hours till doubles in size. 5. Once Doubled, punch the air down and form a smooth dough again. Divide into 6 equal balls. Place the balls in a flour dusted Tray. Cover with a cloth for 10-15 mins. 6. Roll them to 6-7 inches with a thickness of 1/8 inch. Apply minced Garlic, Nigella seeds and chopped coriander. Roll them again. 7. Grease a Cast Iron Tawa with Oil and Heat the Pan till its very Hot. Place the Naan on the Hot Tawa and Cook till Bubbles appear. Flip over once bubbles and Cook the other side for 30-40 secs. Brush with melted Butter immediately. Keep the Heat on Medium High Heat always. 8. Stack them on a cloth covered dish to keep them warm. Cover with the cloth as you store them. 9. Serve them Hot with Creamy Butter Chicken or Paneer Butter Masala. #naan #garlicnaan #butternaan #naanbread #garlicbutternaan

Naan at home 🫓 Ingredients - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour - 1 tsp sugar - 1/2 cup warm water - 7g tsp active dry yeast - 3 heaped tbsp plain yoghurt - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 tbsp oil - Some oil for greasing the skillet - 3 tbsp melted butter - 2 cloves of garlic, crushed - Small handful of coriander, sliced thin Method 1. Start by mixing together the flour, sugar, water, yeast, salt, yoghurt, and a drizzle of olive oil in a mixing bowl. 2. Once the dough has started to form into a ball, turn it out onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes or until it’s smooth. 3. Place it back into a greased bowl and cover with a tea towel for 30 minutes, or until it has doubled in size. 4. Remove the dough from the bowl and onto an oiled bench. Cut the dough into 8 even pieces. 5. Roll the 8 pieces into tight, smooth balls before rolling them out with a rolling pin. 6. On one side, place some garlic and coriander before flipping it and rolling out once more so it embeds. 7. Cook the naan in one of the three ways shown in the video, and as soon as they’re cooked, brush with some melted butter. #naanbread #cooking #india #bread #food

Naan (Hint Ekmegi) 250 gr un 3/4 su bardağı yoğurt 1/2 çay kaşığı kabartma tozu 1/2 cay kaşığı şeker 1/2 çay kaşığı tuz Bütün malzemeler aynı anda bir kaba eklenerek yumuşak bir hamur yoğurulur, su eklenmiyor yoğurdunuz katı ise unu toparlamaya yetmezse bir kaşık daha yoğurt ekleyebilirsiniz, hamuru en az yarım saat dinlendirilir. Bezelere bölünür ve merdane ile açılır. Ocakta ters düz ederek pişirilir. Ocakta iki kaşık tereyağ eritilir 3-4 diş ezilmiş doğranmış sarımsakla kısık ateşte pişirilir , ufak doğranmış maydonoz ile naanların üstüne sürülür. 🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺

Parfait pour une expérience de pita entièrement faite maison par exemple ! LA RECETTE CI-BAS ⬇️⁣ ⁣ INGREDIENTS :⁣ - 190 g de farine⁣ - 150 g de yaourt FAGE Total⁣ - 1 pincée de bicarbonate⁣ - Epices selon préférence !⁣ ⁣ ETAPES :⁣ 1. Dans un bol, mélanger tous les ingrédients jusqu'à l'obtention d'une pâte lisse et homogène.⁣ 2. La diviser en 6 parties, former des boules puis des disques d'environ 12-15 cm de diamètre.⁣ 3. Laisser reposer pendant 20 minutes, puis poursuivre la cuisson.⁣ 4. Frotter une poêle à frire antiadhésive et la faire chauffer à feu moyen-vif. Dès que la poêle devient incandescente, faire frire le pain. Au bout de quelques minutes, il va former des bulles et gonfler complètement.⁣ 5.
