DJWhen you wonder why you perform or prove to others to love you, you realize it’s little you still hurting
As a child you were made to believe that something was deeply flawed or fundamentally wrong about you. When you reached out for comfort or connection you were ignored, mocked, turned invisible, and met with contempt
Over time you start realizing the only way people payed attention or acknowledged you was when you were excelling or making the other people around you look good. So you start performing even more because love from the adults around us was everything and what we needed to stay safe. Which only enforces the belief love is to be earned
But those beliefs don’t just disappear as we get older, they strengthen as we seek out emotionally unavailable people and over perform at work because it’s little you still trying to crack the code to be loved and why you weren’t enough
Next time you start performing or proving you’re worthy of love. Ask yourself what age you feel, what’s the emotions coming up, how is this pattern serving you and if you could what is something else you would like to believe or do

PUWhen my daughter, Max, and I were playing, she suddenly asked me this out of nowhere:

Something inside me froze for a moment, but I told myself it was normal, just a typical doggy thing, and simply due to age. At the last vet check-up, I found out the exact opposite. 😞
The vet told me that my dog had a nutrient deficiency. It’s a medical condition that most owners ignore. And because of that, many dogs don’t even make it to the age of 10. 😢
One of the main symptoms is fur loss, which seems harmless at first. Later on, a strong bad breath 🤢 or constant scratching 🐾 appears too.
People think dogs do these things normally, but unfortunately, that’s not true. This is the result of feeding your dog an all-in-one food that just pretends to be healthy...
Once you notice this in your dog, you should take action immediately. ⚠️
But it’s really difficult for your dog to get all the necessary nutrients from regular food, and the only option is multivitamins. Unfortunately, many of them are just overpriced fakes 🙄💸
I did some research and found a vet-formulated multivitamin that actually looked like it could work.
After a few months, Max looked like a healthy dog again. He had so much more energy, wanted to play with us more 🎾, his fur stopped falling out, and even that annoying bad breath disappeared — as well as the scratching. 🐶
If your dog is experiencing any of these symptoms, I would act sooner rather than later. I still can’t forgive myself… how could I have been so selfish…
