I think my last tutorial was from 2017- it’s on YouTube and baby Evie makes a cameo! 🤣 There’s an app that leads you through an exact tutorial but TBH I haven’t seen it and I don’t need another app on my phone. I think the important thing is that you are just making upward motions. Some holding under your cheekbones and above your brow helps too. I do this 5-6 mornings per week and I started using this when I was 35 years old. I also address the conductor gel in the video. Any questions? 👇🏻
