INGREDIENTS:
90g flour
2 eggs
30g sugar
15ml honey
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
10ml water
Vanilla essence
Topping:
Topping:
Nutella or hazelnut protein cream (freezed in a tray with baking parchment)
Combine the eggs with the sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Now add the flour, baking soda and baking powder, then the water.
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Cook in a pan over medium low heat.

BANutella stuffed brioche donuts 🍩🤎 @nutellaca
560g of flour
250 ml of milk
100g of sugar
4g of yeast
40g of butter
2g of salt - a pinch
Liquid or powdered vanilla, a little.
2 eggs
Mix the ingredients with a mixer until it turns into a smooth and sticky dough. Kneading can take 10 to 15 minutes.
It will stick to the edges but with a spatula separate it every 4 minutes. Then add it to a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Leave it at room temperature for an hour and then take it to the fridge or refrigerator overnight, minimum 6 hours and maximum 16. (The Brioche depends on this step).
On the second day, take the dough to a flat surface with flour because the dough becomes sticky, cut each piece into sizes of 50 or 40 grams, shape them as I did in the video (always with oil in your hands) take them to a tray with parchment paper and add a little flour on top of the paper to prevent the donuts from sticking. We let them ferment until their size doubles for about 2 hours.
Fry at a temperature of 165•c and turn in 3 or 4 minutes with the help of a toothpick. Then wrap them in sugar and fill with @nutellaca to taste!❤️💌
