Here’s why these openers work so well They activate the brain before content begins. ✨ Rapid Review works because it triggers retrieval. When students recall yesterday’s learning, they reconnect neural pathways and walk into the lesson already thinking. ✨ Bait and Switch works because the brain loves resolving uncertainty. When students encounter believable mistakes, they lean in, question assumptions, and correct misconceptions early. ✨ Informational Hooks work because curiosity is a stronger motivator than instructions.
