RALots of times, clients think that they can’t exercise due to pain. They are worried about soft tissue damage or increasing their symptoms.
My job as a physio, is to find the right exercises that help you to move more, while managing your symptoms. On top of exercise prescription, there’s a lot of education that goes with WHY we are doing these exercises and HOW movement is medicine for your body.
Finding the right fit exercises that clients like, have the equipment for, and are the right challenge is my favourite part of the day
