Vegetables-  tomato, onion, boiled potato-1/2
Oil

High protein poha Ingredients 30-50 grams poha. 1 egg Paneer - 50-70 grams Vegetables- tomato, onion, boiled potato-1/2 Oil Coriander leaves Mustard seeds Jeera seeds Curry leaves Turmeric Salt 1/ 2 lemon Recipe Wash and soak poha for 10-15 mins. In a pan , add oil, jeera and mustard seeds, add curry leaves. Add Onion and let it caramelise . Add boiled potato. And egg. Cook it well like egg bhurji. Add tomato and paneer cubes. In the end add poha and cook it all for few minutes. Garnish with some coriander leaves. Enjoy. P.s. Nothing personal to OG poha lovers.
