Pulled Chicken BBQ 🍗 * 4 large chicken breasts * 1-18oz bottle sweet baby rays bbq sauce * 1-28 oz bottle sweet baby rays hickory brown sugar bbq sauce * Garlic powder * Onion powder * Seasoning salt * Pepper * Paprika * 1/4 cup brown sugar (Measure seasonings to your liking/taste in bbq sauce and on chicken. 🫶🏽) * A dash of white or apple cider vinegar Pan Type: 9x13 glass baking dish Bake Temperature: 400F Bake Time: 40 minutes ( 20 minutes per side, flip at 20 minutes into cooking) 1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Take your chicken out and clean if you wish to do so. 3. Season your chicken and spread a little bit of oil to spread out evenly. 4. Place in oven on 400F for 20 minutes. 5. After 20 minutes, take chicken out of oven and flip on the other side. 6. Place back in oven for 20 more minutes until chicken is done throughout. (This depends on thickness and size of chicken) 7. While that is in the oven, make the barbecue sauce. 8. In a bowl add both bottles of bbq sauce. 9. Add paprika, onion, powder, garlic powder, brown sugar, and a dash of vinegar. Mix together and set aside. 10. Once chicken is done, shred with two forks, use a hand or stand mixer, or shred anyway you want to. 11. After chicken is shredded, add your barbecue sauce and fold into chicken. 12. Place pulled chicken back into pan and bake for about 5-8 minutes to warm it up a bit (optional) 13. Pulled Chicken Tacos 🌮 🎥 - @kausloves 🔀 - @OnlyDish 😋 Bacause it’s #tacotuesday🌮 🌮Recipe: Makes 10-12 tacos - 500g chicken breast - 2 bell peppers - 1 red onion - 3 Tbsp oil - 1 tsp cayenne pepper - 2 tsp ground paprika - 2 tsp Adobo seasoning - 2 tsp Cajun seasoning - 1 tsp red pepper flakes - 1 tsp dried mixed herbs - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 can chopped tomatoes - 1 cup water - 10-12 corn tortillas - Grated cheese of choice (I’m using mild cheddar) - Coriander and diced red onion 🌮Method - Marinate chicken, peppers and onions with all the seasonings listed above and some oil. Set aside for atleast 1 hour or overnight. - Pan fry chicken in a little oil, then shred using a fork or a mixer, set aside - In the same pan, add the peppers and onions and sauté for a few mins. - Add the chopped tomatoes, the shredded chicken and the water. Mix well. - Allow to simmer on low heat for approx 25 mins or until most of the liquid has evaporated. Take off the heat. - Dip the corn tortilla in the sauce, then pan fry in a little oil with cheese, pulled chicken mixture, red onion and coriander. Cook both sides until golden. Ingredients: 3-4 Chicken Breasts S&P 1 Jar Salsa Taco Seasoning (@thrivemarket) Optional: Chopped Jalapeno or Diced Green Chiles Yellow Rice Cheese Crema: Sour Cream Lime Sriracha @theoriginalgreenpan Add the chicken breast to the crock pot. My Easy Pulled Chicken Tacos, So Simple to Make!🌮🤎 Ingredients - 3 TBSP Olive oil - 6 Boneless Chicken Thighs - 2 Diced Onions - 6-8 Cloves Of Garlic - 1 ½ Tsp Cumin - 1 ½ Tsp Coriander - 1 Tsp Paprika - 1 ½ Tsp Garlic Granules - Chili flakes (if you like heat) - Salt and Pepper - 1 Tin Tomatoes (or a tube of tomato Puree) - 750 Ml Chicken Stock (to cover the chicken) - Tortilla Wraps - (Fillings of choice) Method 1. Start by searing your chicken thighs in oil and then remove them from the pan. 2. Add your onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes until soft and then add in your spices, cook for two more minutes before adding in your tomatos and then cook for two more minutes again. 3. Readd your chicken thighs and add chicken stock (you want it just covering the thighs), pop a lid of and leave it for an hour or two (until the thighs fall apart). 4. Remove the pulled chicken from the pan leaving the sauce. 5. Add a tortilla wrap to the sauce and coat in both sides then add to a medium heat pan and add your chicken and toppings. 6. Fold the wrap over on itself and let it crisp on either side, remove from the pan, garnish in coriander and fresh lime and enjoy ! #easyrecipes #simpledinners #pulledchicken #pulledchickentacos #tacorecipes #mexicannight

Och vi vispar kycklingen med elvisp så går det väldigt smidigt! Spara och testa! Ingredienser - ca 12 st tacos KYCKLINGEN 700 g Kycklingfilé 1 påse Tacokrydda 1 liter Vatten 1 tsk Paprikapulver 1 tsk Paprikapulver smoked 1 tsk Oregano 1 tsk Chilipulver (mild) 3 tsk Chipotle paste 1 msk kycklingfond 2 tsk Strösocker 3 st Vitlöksklyftor 1 st Lime 200 g Riven mozzarella 2 paket Minitortillas FÖRSLAG TILLBEHÖR Salsa 250 g Körsbärstomater 0.5 st Gurka 1 st Rödlök 3 dl Fryst mango Lime Olivolja Annat 1 burk Majs 2 dl Gräddfil 1 burk Salsasås 1 dl Jalapenos Gör såhär PULLED CHICKEN Salta och peppra kycklingen på båda sidorna. Stek kycklingen i en djup kastrull tills den fått yta på båda sidorna. Tillsätt kryddorna, tacokryddan, chipotle paste, fond, socker, vitlök och vatten. Låt koka upp och sänk sedan temperaturen till medel. Låt puttra i ca 45-50 minuter. Smaka av och såsen. Peppra och smaka av med lime och salt, eller mer av någon krydda ifall du t ex vill ha mer hetta. Ta ut kycklingen och dra isär den med hjälp av två gafflar. Vänd ner den i såsen och vänd runt den. TILLBEHÖREN Hacka rödlök, tomat och gurka. Salta lätt och ringla över olivolja och lime. Vänd i mangon. TILLAGA TACOSEN Doppa tortilla brödet i kycklingen på båda sidorna. Lägg ner tortilla brödet i panna och lägg på kyckling, ost och jalapenos på ena halvan. Har du en stor panna kan du steka några åt gången. Vik ihop och stek till osten smält och tortillan fått fin yta. My second most saved recipe of the year and honestly… I get it 😮‍💨💕 Creamy mash, BBQ pulled chicken, melted cheese & crispy bacon. Comfort food that actually fills you up and hits the protein 👏🏼 Ready in 30 minutes, proper cosy, and one of those meals you make when it’s cold outside. Have you made this one yet? ⬇️ Ingredients (serves 2): For the BBQ pulled chicken: 250g chicken breast 
1 tsp smoked paprika  1 tsp garlic granules  1 red onion diced  1 tsp chopped garlic  200ml chicken stock  60g bbq sauce  1 tsp Worcestershire sauce For the mash: 500g Maris Piper potatoes, peeled and chopped
15g lighter butter spread
80ml semi-skimmed milk
Salt  Black pepper
 For the toppings: 2 streaky bacon rashers chopped  35g reduced-fat cheddar, grated 
15g mozzarella grated (optional) Fresh parsley chopped 

💕Season the chicken with smoked paprika, garlic granules, salt and pepper. Heat a pan over medium heat, and add the chicken. Pan fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and almost cooked through. 
💕Add the diced onion and chopped garlic and cook for until softened.  💕Pour in the chicken stock, BBQ sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove the chicken and shred with two forks. 
💕Return the chicken to the pan and cook for a couple of mins until the sauce is thickened 
💕Meanwhile, add the potatoes to a large pot of salted boiling water. Cook until fork tender. Drain, then mash with the butter, milk, salt and pepper 
💕Cook the bacon in a separate pan until crispy (or grill and chop if preferred). 
💕Divide the mash between two bowls and spoon over the BBQ pulled chicken. 

💕Scatter over the cheese, then place the bowls under a hot grill for 1-2 minutes
