The fix is simple: 👉 It’s the twist at the bottom Rope Pushdown (Done Right) – keep your elbows locked in place – push straight down first – then split the rope apart at the bottom – add a slight outward twist – fully extend and squeeze hard That last part is everything. It shifts the tension to: – the medial head – the detail that creates that horseshoe look If you feel discomfort… It’s not the movement — it’s your shoulder mobility. Fix your mobility… and execute correctly. This builds: – sharper triceps detail – fuller arms – that complete horseshoe shape Don’t just push weight down… finish the rep properly.
