This summer marks a reset for me. Not just a fitness push…a full-body recalibration. My recent bloodwork made it clear that I need to take better care of my liver, and that changed the way I look at everything I put on my plate. So I’m shifting gears, eating with intention, and giving my body what it actually needs to recover and perform. And to keep myself accountable, I’ve started using @thekalo.app I plug in my goals, snap a photo of whatever I’m cooking or about to eat, and it breaks down all the calories and details automatically. It’s helping me make smarter choices and stay dialed in as I adjust my diet. Now the goal is simple: rebuild smarter, fuel better, and get back into the shape I know I belong in.
