I cannot believe how well this AI works.
I told it I had a ton of work to do but I was hungry and running late. Its response: “Go eat now. I’ll do all the work. Come back in an hour.”
This wasn’t simple stuff. It was creating AI demos for prospect customers based on deep research of who they are and what their company needs.
I came back from dinner. Everything was done. It even wrote the response emails to send to the clients.
I’ve built AI systems I’ve charged $50K+ for. This was magic to me.

ANThe LLM providers have raised billions. Of course they’re going to move up the stack. Of course they’re going to ship features that look like yours.
But here’s the part most people miss.
At 17, Zach built CalAI and sold it for a rumored $200M. Not because he trained a better model. Not because he had some secret tech moat.
He won because:
• The interface just made sense
• The product solved a real pain in a simple way
• He owned his growth
• He owned his distribution
Models commoditize. Features get copied. APIs get swapped.
What doesn’t get commoditized?
Trust.
Audience.
Community.
Distribution.
If you’re building in AI, your job isn’t to out-model OpenAI. Your job is to out-distribute them in your niche.
Own the relationship.
Own the attention.
Own the brand.
When features become commodities, distribution becomes the moat.
