📎Easily create such refracted shapes in Photoshop! Use an ellipse tool to add a shape and turn its fill to gradient. Duplicate the shape, and invert the gradient. Select all layers and convert them to a smart object. Add some Gaussian blur and go to Filter Gallery. Select Distort, Glass and upload the texture. For a texture, create a rectangle shape with a gradient and duplicate it till it looks like this. Save as a Photoshop project. Here you can customize the distortion till you like the result. Next, go to Twirl and experiment with the value. Add a gradient map and a bit of noise. You can also change the displacement texture, customize twirl and change the gradient map at any time.
