I was overthinking what the perfect follow-up to my last reels should be… but I kept being nudged to just share what’s actually present for me right now. Which has been been this shift of instead of trying to push through something, or figure it out, or change it— I’ve been asking: how can I support myself through this? I’m allowing that support to come from me or from letting myself receive it from someone else. And viewing my experiences through that lens— instead of forcing, or muscling through— has made everything feel a lot softer. I’m not even going to lie… I needed this today. Like really needed it. Because lately everything has felt so unfamiliar. Nothing feels stable, nothing feels the same… and even I don’t feel like the version of me I used to be. And that’s been hard to sit with. But I’m starting to realise… maybe it’s not that everything is falling apart. Maybe everything is just being revealed. All the things that don’t align anymore… the situations, the people, the patterns… they’re becoming impossible to ignore. And it feels uncomfortable. It feels unsafe. But maybe that’s the point. Maybe this phase where nothing feels familiar… isn’t where I’m lost. It’s where I’m becoming. I feel like so many of us are being pushed right now. To see things clearly. To stop settling. To trust ourselves more. And even though it feels heavy… it’s also creating space for something new. This post was honestly for me. My identity used to be so wrapped up in healing. I subconsciously loved looking for the next project, the next part of myself that needed fixing before I could be “ready”. And guess what? I never actually felt ready. The goalpost kept moving. The list of things to heal just kept piling up, and I realized it would never end. So I stopped chasing that idea of years ago. Now, I’m integrating all the lessons and just living—and it’s actually been a masterclass in manifesting. And this is such a common trap in self-help. The idea that we have to be in a constant state of processing, fixing, and “doing the work” before we’re allowed to go after the big dreams, the relationship, etc. I decided a few years ago that I was done with that cycle. I decided to actually take the tools I’d gathered and taught over 15 years and use them to build a life that feels easeful. The results of that choice have been undeniable. I’ve transformed my health, aligned my life with my deepest values, traveled the world, and moved into a home that is a physical anchor for my peace. I stopped pushing, and I started receiving. I proved to myself that when you shift your identity, the world has no choice but to reorganize itself around you. Because “perpetually healing” is an identity that will keep giving you circumstance to heal from. I thought it was because I had to “heal” more to release the anxiety, the stress and the overwhelm. So I tried to heal it. I did what I’ve done for years, I meditated I did breathwork I journaled I did mirror work I tried my regulation practices And nothing worked. Defeated. Scared. Annoyed. I was pushing. Constantly. Over and over again. To the same outcome — defeat, overwhelm, anxiety. That’s when I realized — I was trying to push an identity that wasn’t what I wanted. Wasn’t who I was. I’ve noticed this pattern again and again in myself. And now know deeply — maybe it’s not “healing” , maybe it’s just accepting you’re pushing or living an identity that’s not you. The point of healing is to LIVE. We hear things like “healing isn’t linear” and “you’ll never be fully healed” and we use them as an excuse to stay caught in a loop of perpetual healing, but never fully living. Because living requires integration of what we’ve learned. It requires risk, and big feeling, and capacity to hold more. It requires our full power and responsibility, and that’s understandably scary. But it’s also the whole point. We didn’t come here to treat ourselves like a project in constant need of fixing. Or to settle into a quiet little comfort zone where nothing triggers us. We came here to experience ALL that life has to offer. I spent almost a decade healing for the sake of healing, and hoping that it would magically get me to the life of my dreams. But all that time I was quietly staying loyal to the version of me who didn’t actually feel ready, didn’t feel good enough. My dreams started showing up when I moved from “fixing” myself into full embodiment. Inhabiting my desires, my longing, my joy, and even my fears and my pain. I love the version of me who did all the healing, because much of it was necessary for my growth. So now I honor her by doing the brave thing and actually living the life she was healing for. Okay, so this thought came to me today, I’m in my luteal phase (the best time to do all the deep shit work lol) and I got to the bottom of IT* in a real time. *IT being on how to access the highest version of yourself FAST by just playing a little game. Just having. FUN lol. I not long ago finally decided I was done healing, regulating and all of the stuff just to identify more and more things I needed to heal and more beliefs I had to re-write. I was like I’ve had enough lol, I am choosing to be my limitless self NOW. RIGHT NOW. Not later, not when I’m healed, not when I’ve done all the work… It was pretty simple decision, but I was not actually sure on HOW I was going to do it then. Too many of us are been taught to approach healing in a way that keeps us passive and fearful to take the actual steps forward that will make sh*t happen. To be clear, more information isn’t what shifts you. Authority does- because you can’t move forward in to any transformation without owning where you’re at and where you’re going. So instead of scrolling for inspiration do this- 1.Get out of your head and into your body immediately When you feel the spiral starting, don’t research it. Stand up, move + change your state. 2.Stop searching and make a decision Instead of ‘what should I do to heal?’ ask ‘what am I choosing right now?’ Indecision is keeping you stuck and spiralling right now. 3. Use your voice and intention to interrupt the pattern Say it out loud: i’m not staying here’ and embody it. Patterns break faster when they’re challenged externally not just passively thought about internally. 4.Set a standard and act from it Not ‘I hope I feel better’ instead connect to ‘I’m someone who leads myself through this’ THEN move accordingly. 5.Close the tab (literally and energetically) Stop consuming and start implementing. Nothing is ever going to change if all you do is gather more tools and lack creation You don’t need another method, technique or framework. You need to stop outsourcing your power and start using your authority 🔑

I care about what your subconscious is telling you on repeat that is running the show. Because whatever it is it’s ruining your life. When I burned out the first time I did all the things 🌍went travelling to get my spark back 🧘‍♀️ took time out from work to “find myself” 🛌 “Rested” (I once slept for 16 hours a day on a 7 day holiday 😅 but felt like I’d really rested!) And then I burned out again. And did the healing things again. And I burned out again. And again. 🤒 Then the healing itself became extreme (once an extremest, always an extremest), + ironically, the extreme healing made me even more unwell. ♾️ FINALLY, I started to notice the pattern. I was running a programme that was leading me to burn out on repeat because my psyche wasn’t getting closure. It was the same loop, over + over. If I don’t achieve x, I won’t be loved. If I don’t do y, I’ll never be good enough. If I don’t do z, I’m don’t deserve joy. If I feel peace, something bad will happen. I wasn’t allowed to be happy in my mind because I didn’t yet deserve it. Peace wasn’t safe. Love wasn’t safe. Joy wasn’t safe. Cortisol loops were familiar so we stayed with them. And I couldn’t rest until my subconscious deemed I was good enough. But when is enough? When do you reach the arbitrary bar of your subconscious’s judgement? It doesn’t end. The loops continue + the symptoms get worse + worse. Until… you get to the root of the programme. The moment the belief got installed + the cascade of moments afterwards that reinforced that belief. You learn to understand it, have compassion for it, create space for it + slowly your life begins to change after years of repeating cycles. The biggest shift comes from finding where the pattern began + changing it there. Follow if you’re done with looping & you’re ready to move the f* on.

You start craving better for your body Without forcing it, you want water, fresh air, real food, movement. It is not about discipline. It is your body asking to be supported instead of pushed. 3. You begin pulling back from certain people Nothing dramatic happened, but something feels off. Conversations feel draining. You want more space, more quiet, more boundaries. This is not you becoming cold. This is you becoming clear. 4. You question the life you once accepted Things that used to feel normal no longer fit. You start noticing what is out of alignment instead of ignoring it. That discomfort is awareness. 5. You feel both lost and certain at the same time You may not have all the answers, but you know you cannot stay where you are. That tension is growth. 6. You want more depth in everything Surface level conversations, routines, and habits stop satisfying you. You want meaning. You want intention. 7. You feel called to slow down Rushing no longer feels right. You start craving stillness, reflection, and space to think. This is where clarity begins. 8. You become more protective of your energy You think twice before saying yes. You notice what drains you and what fills you up. You start choosing differently. 9. You start imagining a different version of your life Not as a fantasy, but as something possible. You can see it more clearly, and that vision starts pulling you forward. And the worst part is the guilt. The “I should be grateful.” The “other people have it worse.” The “at least it pays the bills.” So you stay. And you perform. And you tell yourself you’ll figure it out eventually. While your nervous system quietly keeps score of every single day you spend living a life that doesn’t feel like yours. Here’s what I want you to know: Not knowing what you want isn’t a character flaw. It’s what happens when you’ve spent so long doing what you were supposed to do that you lost the thread back to yourself. The answer isn’t out there waiting to be discovered. It’s in your body.
